The problem: You quickly become tired when working out – so you cannot complete the training program effectively. Your energy levels are also depleted during the day, for example, when climbing stairs, running to catch a train, etc. Concentrating on your work or on sports and exercise is difficult.

Training units

Training takes place on two (or preferably three) days a week with training units of 45 to 60 minutes each. Each training unit starts with a warm-up and finishes with a cool-down of ten minutes of cardio.

Training consists of interval training on a running machine, switching between nine to twelve five-minute intervals.
